A wonderful relaxing experience with kind service

The hotel is located right next to the beach. With a nice swimming pool. We visited for the last week of the season, why the place wasn’t too crowded. The main restaurant closed a few days early, which meant that we could enjoy the a la carte Restaurant for the last couple of days. In all the restaurants the food was really great and so was the service.

Being there the last week also meant that there was some cleaning up the place before closing the hotel down for winter. Didn’t bother us much though.

Lovely staff, great grounds and overall I got value for what I paid.

Its a value for money proposition. Staff were exceptional despite being so late in the season - particularly housekeeping and Food and beverage areas. Very clean and well maintained grounds. Great sunbeds and a private beach which was clean and well maintained.

The hotel is a bit dated and needs an upgrade. Mattresses are tired and need to be retired. lighting is dim in common areas and needs a relook for sure.

Overall a good enough stay however quite bad experience with the kitchen

Overall this is quite difficult to rate the hotel as we had things i would rate 6/10 but some components 11/10. Let me start with the positives - Complimentary airport transfer is really useful with modern cars the driver waited us in the exit so it was already a good experience - We have arrived to the hotel very early and our flight back was also late in the evening but it was very appreciated that the staff allowed us to use all facilities of the hotel including bars and restaurants as well - The staff is really gorgeous. All are super helpful and supporting in any request. They are always trying to find the best possible solutions - Complimentary mini bar with welcome dring and sweets were also very appreciated. Really useful even though the hotel provides full all inclusive service - The sunbeds in the hotel and on the private beach are also really good and also had an opportunity to order from the minibar however some cases it took 20-25 mins to receive but this is indicated in advance - the hotel has a nice location and you can arrange everything you need from here - car hire, excursion, taxis, but there is a shop in the hotel as well with all the neccessary equipment but these are also with reasonable price. - We were also invited one day to the A'la carte complimentary lunch to one of the restaurante of the hotel which was also very appreciated. - bath towel and bath robe also provided for free which is a nice gesture - Travelling here with specific diet is more unfavorable rather than favorable. however we appreciated the offer of gluten free pizza and pasta - super comfy bed and pillows was a big plus as well

- our biggest issue was the food. And don't make me wrong there are long list of varieties both the breakfast, lunch, dinner and even the snack bar had a lot of options but regardless the theme nights the food was almost identical each and everyday which made very boring - my issue was not even that but we also have specific dietary requirement - which we always try to indicate well in advance so before our selected hotels we are arranging a lot of e-mail chain to understan the options. It was confirmed they can arrange the dietary requirements for us which was the case for 50-60%. During breakfast there were only 1-2 thing which served us and it was exaclty the same all day everyday. In the snackbar we literally cannot eat anything however i was also making an inquiry if there is any choice there they confirmed there are but finally nothing was gluten and diary free there (nor the one or the other) For some lunch there were literally no side dishes we could eat even the fries and the rice were containing gluten No sweets were provided during our stay which was a huge dissapointment So overall there were very small range of food you can choose if you follow specific diets which was a suprise for a 5* hotels as we were staying many hotels with lower grading with much better cuisine - However we did not have any problem with the bar it was advertised with range of selected international drinks. There were basically Grants whisky, Gordons gin but it was 50% of the time, and i have seen only once smirnoff vodka but most cases there were only local branded drinks. I was also not happy that the soft drinks were not bottled but coming from a big tank and did not taste well sometimes - The spa ladies were quite annoying. As i understood these are external companies so such as the spa and the staff does not belongs to the hotel. They are really agressively chasing new arrivals to get arranged appointment

I liked hotel, staff, bar, restaurants, sunbeds, beach, but fitness room must be improved.

1 - there was no heated pool. 2 - fitness room in very bad condition. No basic equipment available, only cardio machines. Quality of machines is at low cost level. Additionally the there is a set of old dumbles and a few benches and some mats. There's no even rubber or other floor cover, but only used uneven concrete. Cardio machines are very dirty. No music equipment available, they offer small size TV instead. And why the hell fitness room must be placed in basement, why it can not be with windows and good wiew. It shows that hotel doesn't think fitness is important. But it is important for customers.

Great hotel

fabulous hotel right on the seafront, there are lovely pools in the front with plenty of sunbeds and another nice pool at the back. The beach is pebbly but the sea was still nice to swim in. The food and drink was all included and there was a good variety, it was all very good. The rooms are big and spacious with a lovely walk in shower and nice balcony. We were greeted after a late flight at 2am by George who was so welcoming and helpful. Thank you! The hotel is a 15 minute drive from Rhodes old town which was great, lots to see, the old walled town, palace, bars and restaurants. There is a bus stop 10 mins walk away or a taxi was 16 euros. we enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it.

Wonderful

With the all inclusive package, a wide variety of drinks was available at the bars, the food buffet also had different dishes to try out. The room had AC and a nice view to the ocean, together with a balcony where we could relax and enjoy the sound of the waves.

A great hotel from start to finish the staff are so friendly, the food is great and the resort has everything you’d need for a relaxed stay. We were lucky enough to have a room upgrade and enjoyed all the restaurants which included Japanese, greek and another restaurant.

Everything was fantastic starting with staff and ending with rooms.

The only missing thing was in the evenings after show time , we had no music :/ i think its would be nice if you would play something aside the pool bar while they serving coctails ;-)

Super stay - with a few tweaks it could be a five vs a four star in my opinion

Staff - super friendly and helpful. A credit to the hotel Room size Quiet Location Food quality and choice Pool clean Comfortable bed

Staff need to proactively tidy up sunbeds after people leave beds empty for a king time. Staff to remove any towels added and not used within 30 mins - notices added to not save multiple beds or beds not in use. Plastic use - most people ordered water from the pool. This was provided in bottles so litres and litres of plastic waste. A better option would be large reusable water dispensers that people can help themselves to. Plus ice if needed. Coffee served in a mix of plastic and paper cups where did to heat two cups used per drink. Use of washable cups would be so much better for the guest and environment

Fantastic Hotel with amazing staff

Staff were the best I've met in any resort we have visited and that includes every single member - nothing was too much trouble and they wanted you to have the best stay possible - the pride in their appearance and role are a credit to the hotel. Pool was great and never too busy with the pebble beach literally a few steps away (wear shoes for the beach however a pontoon is available for access to the lovely warm waters of the Aegean sea). We had a sea view room with jacuzzi bath which was fab as the view each morning it worth it. Only used the bath once more for the novelty however this is not private so your privates will be seen!! Room was very spacious and clean and beds were so comfortable. Food in the buffet restaurant was excellent and never repeated. Plenty drinks however limited in choice. Evening entertainment was varied and overall I would say very very good and the rock band on the Friday afternoon were exceptional. I would say this is a 4 star hotel with 5 star touches but overall I will definitely be back in fact its already booked for next year. It was a fantastic week.

Drinks - cocktails are premade and very watery. Sunbeds were comfortable however there a number of broken ones that just need to be removed. Some parties were allowed play loud music on speakers in the pool area while also taking over the jacuzzi area completely and this seemed unfair on those that wanted just to relax. Booking the other restaurants in the hotel was difficult as these were booked up quickly although in saying that when we go back we will stay in the buffet section for the week and that was by far the best option for us.
